What you need

- The right to work in the UK (the carrier completes the check)
How it works
You tell us which days you're available. The more days you can offer, the more work we can give you. Each evening, we get routes assigned based on who's available that day. This can be from any of our Liverpool depots.
Your first day, you'll typically deliver around 50 parcels. That grows as you build confidence and speed.
Work is available six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
Permanent rounds and peak rounds
Some rounds are permanent: the same round, the same area, every day. They are allocated by the carrier we deliver for, based on performance, and the number is limited. Rounds we take on for Christmas peak run through the peak period and end in January. We'll tell you which kind of round you're being offered.
If your plans change
If your plans change, please tell us the day before so we can plan cover. There's no penalty for letting us know.
Support on the road
One of our team is always available to talk through any questions while you're out on the road. Between us, we've got 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience, and we'll personally teach you the techniques we use to work efficiently and confidently on a multi-drop round.
Getting paid
Parcels are paid per delivery, at a competitive rate reviewed regularly.
You're paid monthly, on the 16th of every month, for all work completed within that pay cycle. Same date, every time. No month in hand. Exact cut-off dates are set out on our pay calendar.
If you ever think a payment's wrong, tell us. We'll go through it with you and show you exactly how it was calculated. If we've made a mistake, we'll correct it immediately. No argument, no delay.

Your driver portal lets you set your own days, see where you're working tomorrow, claim extra rounds and check your invoices and pay.
What's Different About Us
We tell you the truth about the work
No guaranteed hours we can't actually promise. Rounds are allocated the night before, and we're upfront about that from day one. What we can promise is that if you're available, we'll do everything we can to get you a round.

If something looks wrong, we'll show you the working. If we're right, you'll see why. If you're right, it's fixed straight away.
