How it works
You tell us your availability. Each evening, we get routes assigned based on who's available that day — this can be out of any of our four depots (Huyton, Speke, Aintree, Kirkby), so flexibility across depots means more opportunities for work.
Your first day, you'll typically deliver around 50 parcels. That grows as you build confidence and speed — experienced drivers on our rounds handle 150+ parcels a day, rising to 200+ during Christmas peak.
Work is available six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
Full-time first, then permanent routes
We're building toward permanent routes — the same round, the same area, every day. Getting there means being someone we can count on for six days a week. It's not a requirement to start, but it's the direction we're building toward with our best drivers, and it's the clearest path to a permanent round.
When you say you're available, we need you to mean it
Once you confirm availability, we commit to that round. If your plans change, just tell us. No punishment, no penalty, no extra work when you're back — that day simply goes to someone else. What we can't work with is confirming availability and then not showing, because by that point we've already committed to covering that round.
Support on the road
One of our team is always available to talk through any questions while you're out on the road. Between us, we've got 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience, and we'll personally teach you the techniques we use to work efficiently and confidently on a multi-drop round.
Getting paid
You're paid monthly, on the 16th of every month, for all work up to the cut-off on the Friday before. Same date, every time — no month in hand.
If you ever think a payment's wrong, tell us. We'll go through it with you and show you exactly how it was calculated. If we've made a mistake, we'll correct it immediately — no argument, no delay.
What's Different About Us
01 — We tell you the truth about the work
No guaranteed hours we can't actually promise — rounds are allocated the night before, and we're upfront about that from day one. What we can promise is that if you're available, we'll do everything we can to get you a round.
02 — Paid monthly, same date every time
The 16th. Every month. No surprises, no month-in-hand to catch up on.
03 — Real people on the other end
Not a call centre, not an app with no one behind it. Someone who's actually driven the round themselves.
04 — Say no without consequence
Can't work a day you said you could? Tell us. No penalty, no black mark, no extra work later. We just need to know so we can plan around it.
05 — Any pay dispute, handled properly
If something looks wrong, we'll show you the working. If we're right, you'll see why. If you're right, it's fixed straight away.
06 — Genuinely taught, not just handed a scanner
Between us, 10+ years of doing this job ourselves. You're learning real techniques, not figuring it out alone on day one.
